    Xenia, Ohio

    Pedestrian Bridge Deck

This bridge was installed in Xenia, Ohio on the Prairie Grass Trail. It connects a trail that is located on the grounds of a Bob Evans manufacturing facility. An FRP deck was selected because its superior corrosion resistance eliminates future maintenance, the reduced dead load minimized girder rehabilitation, and the lightweight panels were easy to install on a bridge with limited construction space.
