Composite ship separators are designed to handle the berthing energy of CG and DDG class surface vessels. Fiberglass separators are resistant to corrosion and the surface of these structures is coated with an epoxy non-slip coating that greatly increases safety. Separators can be built to almost any size. This application used four camels - three of which measuring 40 x 6 feet and one measuring 80 x 10 feet.
