Rails to Trails of Central Pennsylvania needed to replace a deteriorating wooden deck on the Lower Trail over the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River. The FRP decking used for this project is stronger and 70 percent lighter than steel and will not rot, rust or spall. It is made in the USA and will stand the test of time.
