Dominion EnergyEvery project at Composite Advantage involves numerous entities working together to bring it to completion. The Dominion Power project was no exception. The project involved replacing the Virginia transmission towers’ foundations, as well as installing a new fender protection system around the tower for protection. Projects of this scale come with a wide range of logistical challenges. In addition to engineering and retrofitting unique parts, busy shipping routes and local wildlife also had an impact on the tower repairs. Click below to read more about the project from T&D World.
