Fender Protection and Piling

In 2015, Dominion Energy upgraded the electrical towers on the James River Crossing transmission line that is critical for the power demands of the Virginia Peninsula. At the same time, Dominion installed a higher capacity fender system to the protect the towers in one of the busiest shipping channels in Virginia. FiberPILE was selected for its superior energy absorption and corrosion resistance.
