Alum Bank, PA – Creative Pultrusions, Inc. (CPI) will be celebrating their 40th Anniversary on Friday, January 11th, 2013. The company was founded in 1972 by Robert D. Sweet, Jr., in Bedford, Pennsylvania. In 2008, CPI was acquired by Hill & Smith Holdings PLC, a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of infrastructure products, galvanizing services and building construction products.
Message from the President:
Greetings! 2013 is a special year for CPI because we are celebrating our 40th Anniversary. What a tremendous accomplishment for the company and our employees!
Bricks and mortar do not make a company. Dedicated hardworking employees make a company. Creative is blessed to be staffed by such employees. Most of our employees have celebrated 10, 20 and 30 year employment anniversaries. In fact, Alan Noel (hired March 26, 1973) and Bill Harclerode (hired April 9, 1973) are two of the original seven employees of CPI. The two have experienced a lot of change over their 40 years at CPI and have helped to make CPI what it is today. Thank you both for your dedication and service.
CPI will be introducing a new logo and corporate web site in recognition of this significant milestone. Dustin Troutman, Director of Marketing and Product Development, and Shawna Holler, Marketing Coordinator have worked diligently on this very instrumental project.
