GOING FOR GOLD
Creative Composites Group (CCG) unveils its inaugural VISTA Awards program, an annual tradition created to recognize and celebrate individuals who are setting the standard for excellence across the organization. After careful evaluation against strict criteria, 25 outstanding individuals were nominated across five categories with one winner named for each. Like the Olympic Games, VISTA Awards honors the best of the best.
FORESIGHT & STRATEGIC VISION
In 1894 French educator Baron Pierre de Coubertin formed the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to promote physical education, character development and international understanding through sport. The first modern Olympic Games was held two years later in 1896.
In a similar spirit, Creative Composites Group (CCG) recently launched its inaugural VISTA Awards program, an initiative designed to recognize and celebrate individuals who are setting the standard for excellence across the organization. Much like the athletes preparing to compete for gold in the Winter Olympics, CCG has spent the last three months carefully evaluating performance, commitment and impact.
Twenty-five outstanding individuals were nominated across five categories with one winner named for each. The VISTA Awards shines a spotlight on those who exemplify elite performance, exceptional skill, and unwavering dedication to serving our customers and advancing CCG’s mission.

BUILT ON CORE VALUES
This is an exciting time for our organization. Creative Composites Group was formed by bringing together seven companies with Creative Pultrusions Inc., which was founded in 1973. Today CCG is the largest structural composites manufacturer in the US—a testament to the strength of our people, our shared purpose and our commitment to continuous improvement.
The 25 nominees being recognized represent the very best of who we are at CCG. They embody our values through their day-to-day actions and consistently move our culture forward through their dedication, leadership and work ethic. Each nominee reflects the behaviors and mindset that define excellence across our organization.
VISTA is an acronym that capture’s CCG’s core values: vision, innovation, safety, teamwork and accountability. We have set the standard for innovative FRP products that are being adopted by industries across the country and we do so with unwavering commitment to safety and quality. Guided by the Guided by the Golden Rule, we believe true teamwork is built on honesty, trust, and integrity. We also believe that accountability is essential to sustained success. The VISTA awards program will be an annual tradition—one that allows us to pause, reflect and recognize individuals whose contributions are truly outstanding. By celebrating these achievements, we reinforce the values that define CCG and inspire all of us to continue striving for excellence.
